This recipe will always have a very special place in my heart! My aunt used to cook this all the time! I am so grateful to her for a lot of things including this Baked Caesar Chicken! I have listed all the ingredients and directions so all you have to do is to follow them step by step and you are good to go! You are more than welcome to add more ingredients if you wish. I am sure that you can do a lot to make this recipe even better! Okay, enough with the long introduction. It is time to go to your kitchen and start prepping! Ingredients:
1 c Caesar-salad dressing
4 chicken breasts-boneless skinless
½ c sour-cream optional
1 ½ c parmesan-cheese grated
Directions:
1. Prepare the oven and preheat to 190 degrees C or 375 degrees F.
2. Apply cooking spray in an 8×11-inch baking dish.
3. Use a meat mallet to gently pound each chicken breast into 1-inch thick.
4. Season the chicken breasts with Parmesan cheese and ground black pepper, then rub each until well coated.
5. Arrange the coated chicken breasts into the prepared baking dish.
6. In a mixing bowl, add sour cream and Caesar dressing. Whisk until well blended.
7. Pour the mixture on top of the chicken breasts and spread it evenly.
8. Sprinkle more grated Parmesan cheese over the chicken breasts.
9. Put the chicken breasts inside the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes.
10. Broil for another 4 minutes or until golden brown.
11. Remove the chicken from the oven and allow them to rest for a few minutes at room temperature.
12. Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley on top.
13. Serve and enjoy!
