I found this recipe online and I fell in love instantly. I mean, what not to love about crabs, right? I am a super fan of seafoods so this dish is a real treat for me. It is super easy and quick to make. And what I love more about this baked crab legs is the sauce. It’s made of minced garlic, melted butter, and Creole seasoning. It’s a mouthwatering dish that always leaves me craving for more! I cannot count how many times I’ve made this ever since I saw this recipe. This is my new addiction and my family’s new favorite. I used to just boil the crabs and serve them with melted butter, but this recipe makes the crabs more appetizing, hard to resist, and the best crab dish you’ll ever have in your life! This Baked Crab Legs in Butter sauce is to die for!
INGREDIENTS
500g king crab legs
1/2 cup melted butter
2 teaspoons Creole seasoning
2 teaspoons chopped parsley
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons minced garlic
lemon wedges to serve
How to make Baked Crab Legs in Butter Sauce
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 400 degrees F.
Step 2: Cut the crabs in half and transfer them on a baking sheet.
Step 3: Place the garlic, melted butter, and Creole seasoning in a small bowl. Mix until combined. Then, stir in the lemon juice.
Step 4: Brush the sliced crabs with the butter mixture.
Step 5: Place the crab legs inside the preheated oven and bake until heated through.
Step 6: Once done, remove from the oven and top with chopped parsley and the remaining butter sauce with lemon wedges. Enjoy!
