These luscious pork chops are superb! The creamy sauce alone will surely make you very satisfied. Try it now!
Ingredients:
6 pork chops
1 tsp garlic powder
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
2 Egg, beaten
¼ c all-purpose flour
2 c Italian-style seasoned bread crumbs
4 tbsp olive oil
1 (10.75 oz) can of condensed cream of mushroom soup
½ c milk
⅓ c white wine
Directions:
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Step 2: Wash the pork chops with water and use paper towels to pat them dry.
Step 3: Season the pork chops with salt and garlic powder.
Step 4: In a small mixing bowl, add the eggs. Beat until creamy.
Step 5: Coat each with flour and toss it into the bowl with the beaten eggs, then into the breadcrumbs.
Step 6: Place a medium skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high.
Step 7: Add oil and allow it to become hot.
Step 8: Add the pork chops and cook each side for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 9: Remove the pork chops from the skillet into a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Step 10: Cover the baking dish with aluminium foil.
Step 11: Place the baking dish inside the preheated oven and bake for about an hour.
Step 12: Meanwhile, in a medium mixing bowl, add the milk, cream of mushroom soup, and white wine. Stir until well mixed.
Step 13: Remove the pork chops from the oven and spread the soup mixture over.
Step 14: Cover the baking dish with foil again and bake for 30 minutes more.
Step 15: Serve and enjoy!
