Prep Time: 15 mins | Cook Time: 15 mins | Total Time: 30 mins | Yield: 26 Cookies

These heavenly cookies are such a delight! Serve them with your favourite cup of coffee or milk and you have yourself a snack to remember. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

3 c (380 grams) all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp fine sea salts
2 sticks (227 grams) unsalted butter, at room temperature
1/2 c (100 grams) granulated sugar
1 1/4 c (247 grams) lightly packed light brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla
2 large eggs, at room temperature
2 c (340 grams) semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:

Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.

Step 2: Line with parchment paper the baking sheets.

Step 3: Add the flour, salt, and baking soda into a medium mixing bowl. Whisk until well mixed.

Step 4: Add the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar into the bowl of an electric mixer. Beat for about 2 minutes or until creamy and well combined.

Step 5: Add the eggs and vanilla, then beat until well combined.

Step 6: Add the flour mixture and beat until well mixed.

Step 7: Add the chocolate chips and stir until well combined.

Step 8: You can either cover the dough and place it inside the fridge for about 24 hours or you can go on with the baking.

Step 9: Spoon the dough and form small balls out of it. Arrange them onto the prepared baking sheets.

Step 10: Place the baking sheets inside the preheated oven and bake for about 12 to 15 minutes or until they become golden brown.

Step 11: Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool at room temperature for about 5 minutes.

Step 12: Serve and enjoy!

Note:

Place any leftovers in an airtight container and put them inside the fridge. They can last up to 5 days.
