Ingredients:
Crumb Layers:
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 c all-purpose flour (gradually add more by the tbsp if needed)
Cake:
2 large Eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon salt
1 c almond milk (you can also use 1%, 2%, whole milk, or even buttermilk)
3 ripe bananas, peeled and mashed
3 teaspoons baking powder
2 c all-purpose flour
1 c granulated sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ c unsalted butter, softened to room temperature again, use vegan butter for a dairy-free option
Glaze (optional):
1-2 tablespoons almond milk
1 c powdered sugar

2. Apply cooking spray to a 9×13-inch baking dish.
3. Add the sugars, cold butter cubes, cinnamon, and flour into a mixing bowl. Use your clean hands to mix until well combined.
4. Add cinnamon, flour, salt, and baking powder into a mixing bowl. Whisk until well blended.
5. Add the softened butter into the bowl of the stand mixer, then beat for about 2 minutes or until the texture becomes smooth.

7. Add the mashed bananas, vanilla, and eggs. Beat until well combined.
