How to make Basic Cauliflower Fritters
Step 1: Into the food processor, place the cauliflower and process until finely minced.
Step 2: Into a large mixing bowl, transfer the minced cauliflower. Then, add the remaining ingredients except for the vegetable oil. Mix well until you have a nice, paste-like consistency. You can add some more flour if the mixture is a bit too soft and moist.
Step 3: Shape small, 1/3-inch-thick patties using an ice cream scoop. Adjust the size of the patties according to your preference.
Step 4: In vegetable oil, fry the patties for about 2 minutes on each side over medium heat.
Step 5: Serve the cauliflower fritters immediately with sour cream or any of your preferred sauces. Enjoy!
