These fritters are super legit! If you are on a diet but still want to eat something delicious and healthy at the same time, this will surely fit you nicely! 5 c chopped cauliflower florets
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
salt and pepper to taste
vegetable oil for frying
Step 1: In a food processor, add the cauliflower. Pulse until minced.
Step 2: Place the minced cauliflower into a large bowl.
Step 3: Add the eggs, flour, baking soda, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
Step 4: Scoop the mixture into patties. Feel free to measure them to your preferred shape and thickness.
Step 5: Place a pan on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Step 6: Add vegetable oil and allow it to become hot.
Step 7: Add the patties and fry each side for 2 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 8: Place the cauliflower fitters on a clean plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
Step 9: Serve with sour cream or with your preferred dipping sauce. Enjoy!
