I am so glad that I gave it a try because I never would have tasted perfection! Oh, man, I’m telling you, you have got to give this one a try! I have listed all the ingredients and directions so all you need to do is to follow them step by step and you are good to go! Feel free though to add more ingredients if you prefer. This Beer and Brown Sugar Kielbasa is best served with buns. Have the best day, friends, and I hope you are all well. 12 oz beer
1 c brown sugar
3 pounds kielbasa
16 oz sauerkraut, drained well
Step 1: Place a saucepan on the stove, then add the brown sugar and beef. Stir until well blended,
Step 2: Turn the heat to medium and allow the texture of the mixture to become thick.
Step 3: Slice the kielbasa into small cuts.
Step 4: Add the kielbasa pieces into the slow cooker.
Step 5: Cover everything with the sauerkraut, drained.
Step 6: Spread the beer-sugar mixture over.
Step 7: Cover the slow cooker and cook for 4 hours on a high setting or 8 hours on a low setting.
Step 8: Serve hot with buns and enjoy!
