This recipe has always been a part of my family since I was a little kid. I remember my grandma used to cook these delicious burgers all the time! I am so grateful to her for sharing this recipe with me because now, I get to share it with you as well. How awesome is that? I have listed all the things you will be needing so you just have to follow them step by step and you are good to go! The best thing about this burger is that you can do whatever you want! My only advice is to make sure that the cheese is melted completely. Oh, man, every bite would be so awesome! Anyway, have a great day, friends. I hope this recipe brings joy to your life!
Ingredients:
3 hamburger buns
3 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
1 pound ground beef
2 tablespoons Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
3 slices American cheese
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon dried basil
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, add basil, teriyaki sauce, onion, beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Use your clean hands to mix everything until well combined.
2. Make 3 patties out of the meat mixture.
3. Prepare the grill and preheat.
4. Place the patties over the preheated grill, then cook each side to your preference.
5. Top each patty with American Cheese, then cook for another minute until melted completely.
To Assemble:
1. Distribute the patties between the buns.
2. Top each patty with your favourite toppings.
3. Serve and enjoy!
Note:
Feel free to make the patties days before cooking. Just place them inside the freezer. Thaw first before grilling.
