by Sheryl November 6, 2020

Prep Time: 15 mins | Cook Time: 30 mins | Yield: 6-8 servings

This is the perfect breakfast ever! After eating this full-packed meal, you will be full pretty much the whole day! I always make sure that I serve this three or four times a week because my husband is a construction worker and he needs all the strength in his job. This sure does all the work for him! A very simple and delicious breakfast meal that you can cook at the comfort of your home. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

1 can(s) crescent rolls
1 pound pork sausage
6 Eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:

Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.

Step 2: Place a saucepan on the stove and turn the heat to medium.

Step 3: Add in the sausage and cook until greasy and brown.

Step 4: Apply cooking spray in a 9×13-inch pan.

Step 5: Unroll the crescent roll and place it on the bottom of the prepared pan. Press it gently sealing the seams.

Step 6: Add om the cooked sausage and spread it evenly on top.

Step 7: In a small mixing bowl, add the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well mixed.

Step 8: Pour the egg mixture over the sausage.

Step 9: Sprinkle a generous amount of cheese on top.

Step 10: Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes or until the eggs are done and cheese has melted completely.

Step 11: Remove from the oven and allow it to cool for at least 5 minutes.

Step 12: Serve and enjoy!

Notes:

1. You can use bacon or ham instead of sausage.

2. You can add potatoes and green onions for extra flavour.
