I love this recipe so much! Oh, man, you have got to give this one a try, I’m telling you!
3/4 c water
1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ carrot cake mix
1 c Butter or margarine softened
3 tbsp milk
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp maple flavour
1 pkg (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/4 c Butter or margarine softened
2 to 3 tsp milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
4 c powdered sugar
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 176 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Step 2: Apply cooking spray and sprinkle flour in a 15x10x1-inch pan.
Step 3: Add all the ingredients for the bar into a large mixing bowl. Beat until well combined.
Step 4: Transfer the mixture into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
Step 5: Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for 24 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean after inserting it in the middle.
Step 6: Remove from the oven and let it sit at room temperature to cool for at least 1 hr.
Step 7: Meanwhile, add butter, cream cheese, cinnamon, milk, and vanilla into a mixing bowl. Beat until well combined.
Step 8: Add powdered sugar gradually and beat every addition.
Step 9: Spread the cooled cake with the frosting.
Step 10: Serve and enjoy!
Place any leftovers inside the fridge.
