These Cheesy Ham and Hash Brown Casserole are a family favorite. It is an instant hit to my children, and because it’s easy to make this, I get to bond with my family for a long time. This dish is ideal for gatherings, particularly when we have family coming from around the country staying with us during the holidays. We all need a good breakfast to begin the day, after all. It is not a new recipe, and I am sure that many of you have done it a million times before.
I love serving a big holiday breakfast, but I don’t like cooking and missing all the fun, so I’m just concentrating on finding the recipes that I can get ready the day before for the exactly Cheesy oven Ham and Hash Brown Casserole, you can have this dish ready to the point you can place it in the oven then cover it and pop it up in the refrigerator. By doing so, all you need to do the next morning is preheat the oven and pop it up. Then you don’t miss out on any of the family fun, and you don’t end up with a lot of people hanging from missing breakfast waiting for the big vacation meal.
1 (32 oz) package frozen hash brown potatoes
8 ounces cooked, diced ham
2 (10.75 oz) cans condensed cream of potato soup
(1) (16 oz) container sour cream
2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 ½ cups grated Parmesan cheese
1. Prepare oven, preheat 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
2. In a large bowl, add and mix hash browns, ham, cream of potato soup, sour cream, and Cheddar cheese. Spread evenly into prepared dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
3. Bake for an hour until bubbly and lightly brown in the preheated oven. Serve immediately.
