This is my favorite Winter season casserole! A warming cheesy broccoli chicken casserole with a crunchy top loaded with so much cheese. Easy to make and super good, even my picky eaters love this casserole.
For this recipe, all you need are just a few ingredients, most of which I’m sure you already have on hand. First, then cooked chicken (I use roasted chicken from the grocery, but you can use leftover chicken). Add your favorite cheese. I love Pepper Jack Cheese for added spice. I make this in a pie dish, but you can use an 8 x 8-inch casserole dish instead. To assemble, make a bed of steamed or frozen broccoli and top it with the shredded chicken. Drizzle with the butter mixture and sprinkle with cheese. Pop in the oven, and in a few minutes, dinner is ready!
Make sure to give this cheesy broccoli chicken casserole a try soon. I’m sure your family will love this as much as we do!
