Ingredients:
1 chicken
1 small diced onion
1 stick butter
2 cups Bisquick
2 cups milk
1 can(s) cream of chicken soup
1 tablespoon chicken broth paste(or cube)
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Place a large pot with water on the stove and turn the heat to high. Allow the water to boil.
2. Add the whole chicken, onion slices, salt, and pepper. Allow the water to boil, then cook the chicken until soft.
3. Remove the chicken from the broth and remove the bones. Slice into small cuts.
4. Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
For the 1st Layer:
1. Add a stick of melted butter into a 9×12-inch baking dish.
2. Add the chicken slices on top of the melted butter and spread it evenly.
3. Season the chicken slices with salt and pepper to taste.
For the 2nd Layer:
1. Add milk, 2 cups of Bisquick, and poultry seasonings into a mixing bowl. Stir until well combined.
2. Spread the mixture on top of the chicken slices. Make sure not to stir.
For the 3rd Layer:
1. In a mixing bowl, add paste and 2 cups of warm broth. Stir until well mixed.
2. Pour the mixture over the chicken and spread it evenly. Make sure not to stir.

4. Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about an hour or until the top turns golden brown.
5. Remove from the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes at room temperature.
