Ingredients:
12 ounces semisweet chocolate
1 c all-purpose flour
1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 c butter, softened
1 tbsp milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
1 c chocolate chips, semisweet or milk
Directions:
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Step 2: In a medium mixing bowl, add the chocolate, then place it inside the microwave. Heat until melted and smooth.
Step 3: Brush each hole of an ice cube tray with the smooth chocolate.
Step 4: Place it inside the freezer for 5 minutes.
To Make the Cookie Dough:
Step 1: Spread the flour on a baking sheet.
Step 2: Place it inside the oven and bake for about 5 minutes.
Step 3: Remove from the oven and allow it to cool at room temperature.
Step 4: Add flour, butter, brown sugar, and salt in a medium mixing bowl. Beat until well mixed.
Step 5: Add vanilla and milk. Stir until well blended.
Step 6: Take the ice cube tray out of the freezer and fill each hole with the mixed cookie dough, then top each with melted chocolate.
Step 7: Place it inside the fridge to chill for at least 1 hour.
Step 8: Remove it from the fridge and turn it onto a flat surface.
Step 9: Serve and enjoy!
