Made with just four ingredients, these chocolaty peanut butter haystacks are one of the best desserts you’ll ever make! They are crispy, sweet, and excellent to serve every holiday season.
These haystacks are beyond easy! I love that I can easily throw them together all year round using just four simple ingredients; peanut butter, semi-sweet chocolate chips, toffee baking bits, and chow mein noodles.
This no-bake dessert is a memorable part of my childhood. I remember my mom buying chow mein noodles in a can and making these haystacks in batches. I know it seems weird to use chow mein noodles in a dessert, but this adds a crunchy bite to these delectable haystacks. These haystacks also freeze well. During holidays, I store a couple of batches in the freezer. I serve these haystacks straight from the freezer without thawing.
To make this tasty no-bake dessert, all you need is to mix everything and drop the mixture by tablespoonfuls on sheets of wax paper. Leave them at room temperature for a few hours to harden, and they are ready to serve! If you love no-bake desserts, this easy recipe is a must-try!
Ingredients
⅓ c. peanut butter
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. chow Mein noodles

Then, stir until blended.

Into a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spoon and drop the mixture. Make sure to leave about an inch of space between each haystack.
