This exciting cinnamon roll cake with decadent cream cheese glaze is worth everything! A tasty dessert that is ready in a heartbeat! The apple of the eye of everyone, lovely to serve at any parties, and scrumptious. Moist cake with a perfectly sweet glaze that is made with a few simple ingredients that mixed together excellently.
3 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup of sugar
1 1/2 cup milk
1 stick melted butter
2 stick butter, room temperature
1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
2 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoons cinnamon
CREAM CHEESE GLAZE:
4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
1- 11/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
4-6 tablespoons milk ( depending on how thick you like your glaze)
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees.
Step 2: Use baker’s joy to grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Step 3: Combine the flour, salt, sugar, milk, and eggs until well mixed. Gradually add in the butter and mix until well blended. Pour this into the prepared pan.
Step 4: In a mixing bowl, add the butter, brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Beat using a beater. Make sure that the butter is at room temperature.
Step 5: In small mounds, drop the topping by tablespoons all over the cake.
Step 6: Swirl using a butter knife or marble. Be very careful not to scrap the bottom of the pan.
Step 7: Place inside the preheated oven and bake for about 30 to 35 minutes.
Step 8: Once done, remove the cake from the oven and allow to cool for at least 30 minutes.
Step 9: Make the glaze by mixing the cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk. Beat until you reached your desired consistency. Pour this over the slightly cooled cake.
