This recipe has always been a part of my family. My grandma used to make this Coconut Cream Pie all the time! I am so grateful to her for a lot of things including this recipe. Now, allow me to share it with you as well. How awesome is that? Here you go! I have listed all the ingredients and directions so all you need to do is to follow them step by step and you are good to go! The best thing about this pie is that it doesn’t need baking. Just place it inside the fridge to chill for at least an hour, and you are ready for serving! I can’t think of any reason why you shouldn’t give this recipe a try. You will surely love the combination of all the flavors in this pie. A must-try recipe that you and your loved ones are going to love. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 ½ c flaked coconut
1 (8 oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 ½ c milk
1 (5 oz) package of instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (9 inches) pie shell, baked
Directions:
1. Add milk and pudding mix into a large mixing bowl. Stir until well blended and thick.
2. Add 1/2 of the non-dairy whipped topping and 1 cup of coconut. Stir until well combined.
3. Add the mixture into the baked pie crust and spread it evenly.
4. Add the rest of the nondairy whipped topping over the mixture and spread it evenly.
5. Scatter the rest of the coconut over the whipped topping.
6. Place it inside the fridge to chill for a few minutes to one hour.
7. Serve chilled and enjoy!
