This cracked-out corn dip is so good! It’s made with corn, sour cream, cream cheese, bacon, cheddar, and Ranch. This dip is always a hit during parties and always the first one to go! This can also be made ahead of time and refrigerated until ready to serve.
Cracked-out corn dip has been my ultimate favorite dip for years! I love serving this on get-togethers, game days, and even during midnight late snacks with some Fritos. This dip is super addictive! You’ll never stop eating this! A winner dip that you should never miss!
I am expecting guests this weekend, and I am sure to make this cracked out corn dip. This has been one of the most requested every time I am hosting a get-together at home or even at potlucks. For this recipe, I opt to use frozen Silver Queen Corn as it is my favorite. But if not available, you are welcome to use just the regular yellow corn kernels. Either way, I promise it’ll taste amazing!
Ingredients
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 (8-ounce) package of cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. cooked chopped bacon
1 (1-ounce) package of Original Ranch dressing mix
3½ c. frozen corn kernels, thawed
1 (16-ounce) container of sour cream
HOW TO MAKE CRACKED OUT CORN DIP
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 400 degrees F. Using cooking spray, lightly grease a 2-quart baking dish.
Step 2: Place all the ingredients in a bowl. Mix well until combined, then transfer into the prepared baking dish and tent with aluminum foil.
Step 3: Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 25 to 30 minutes or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
Notes:
You can prep this dip in advance (do not bake) and keep it in the fridge overnight. Add about 5 to 10 minutes to the baking time when baking after refrigerating.
Enjoy this dip with tortilla chips and Fritos.
