These heavenly treats are simply the best! This recipe has always been a part of my family since I was a little kid. I remember my Grandma used to make these Cranberry Brie Bites all the time! I was always a keen observer of her greatness. I am so glad that she taught me this recipe because now, I get to share it with you as well! Oh, man, you are so in for a treat! I have listed all the things you will be needing so all you have to do is to follow them step by step and you are good to go! By the way, make sure to add more ingredients if you prefer. Ingredients:
1 (8-ounces) tube crescent dough
Cooking spray, for pan
Flour, for surface
1 (8-ounces) wheel of brie
1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
1/4 cup chopped pecans
6 sprigs of rosemary, cut into 1″ pieces
Directions:
1. Prepare the oven and preheat to 190 degrees C or 375 degrees F.
2. Apply cooking spray in a mini muffin tin.
3. Sprinkle flour onto a flat surface.
4. Unroll the dough onto the floured surface. Pinch the sides together.
5. Slice it into 24 squares, then fill each muffin tin with it.
6. Slice the brie into small cuts, then fill each dough with it.
7. Top each with chopped pecans, cranberry sauce, and rosemary.
8. Place them inside the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes or until the top turns golden brown.
9. Remove from the oven and allow them to cool for a few minutes at room temperature.
10. Serve and enjoy!
