These perfectly seasoned potatoes never fail to make me smile all the time! You will surely fall in love with each bite and crave it regularly! This recipe is very easy to prepare. Ingredients:
1/2 c Parmesan
2 c of whole milk
3 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 c sharp cheddar
1 tablespoon Tastefully Simple’s Garlic
2 teaspoons Tastefully Simple’s Rustic Hers
4–5 pounds of Yukon gold potatoes
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon Tastefully Simple’s Onion
1 c chicken broth
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.
Apply cooking spray to a baking dish.
Thinly slice each peeled potato into about 1/8-inch pieces.
Place a saucepan on the stove and turn the heat to medium. Add butter and allow it to melt.
Add flour into the melted butter, then whisk and cook for a few minutes until it turns into a roux.
Add the rest of the ingredients aside from the cheese, then whisk and cook for a few minutes until the texture becomes thick.
Arrange 1/2 of the potatoes into the prepared baking dish in a single layer.
Add 1/2 of the cream cheese sauce over the potatoes and spread it evenly, making sure to coat them well.
Sprinkle 1 cup of cheddar and Parmesan cheese on top of the potatoes. Repeat the process with the rest ingredients until everything is arranged in layers. Cover the entire baking dish with foil.
Place it in the preheated oven and bake for half an hour.
Remove the foil cover, then bake for another half an hour or until the top turns golden brown.
Remove the dish from the oven and allow it to rest for about 5 to 10 minutes at room temperature.
