2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
½ cup white sugar
2 large eggs
¾ cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon orange extract
2 drops yellow food colouring
1 drop red food colouring
1 (9 inches) prepared graham cracker crust
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, add in the sugar and cream cheese. Beat using an electric mixer until well mixed and fluffy. Add in the eggs one at a time and beat every addition.
Step 3: Add in the vanilla extract and sour cream. Beat until well mixed.
Step 4: Get one cup of the mixture and pour it in a small bowl. Add orange extract, red and yellow food colour. Stir until the colour turns orange.
Step 5: Transfer the batter with no colour into the prepared pan with the crust. Spoon the orange batter and drop them on top of the batter. Create a marbled effect my running a knife on the batter.

Step 7: Remove from the oven and let it sit on a wire rack to cool for 1 hour at room temperature.
Step 8: Cover with plastic wrap and place inside the fridge for 8 hours to overnight to chill.
Step 9: Serve and enjoy!
