This recipe is one of my grandma’s recipes. I am so grateful to her for this because now, I get to share it with you! How awesome is that? This Creamy Cornbread Casserole is a simple dish that you can try if you want quick yet delicious food! Ready in just 40 minutes, this is surely a must-try! Ingredients:
1 (14.75 oz.) can of cream-style corn
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (8 oz.) package of dry cornbread mix
1 c sour cream
1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained and 1/2 liquid reserved
2 Eggs
Directions:
1. Prepare the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.
2. Apply cooking spray to a 9×13-inch baking pan.
3. Add eggs, corn, sour cream, cornbread, and reserved liquid into a large mixing bowl. Stir until well combined.
4. Transfer the batter to the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
5. Sprinkle a generous amount of cheese on top.
6. Place the pan inside the preheated oven and bake the casserole for about 30 minutes or until the top turns golden brown.
7. Remove the casserole from the oven and allow it to rest for a few minutes at room temperature.
8. Serve and enjoy!

The best thing about this Creamy Cornbread Casserole is that you can serve it pretty much any time of the year!
