Ingredients:
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 tbsp butter melted, divided
1 – 10 3/4 ounce can cream of chicken soup or make your own
1 – 8 oz block cream cheese cubed
1/2 c chicken broth
1 – one-ounce package dry ranch dressing packet
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp dried parsley flakes
1/8 tsp dried oregano
Directions:
1. In a crockpot, add the cleaned and prepared chicken breasts.
2. Sprinkle paprika and ranch dressing on top of the chicken breasts.
3. Add 1 tbsp of melted butter on top and spread evenly.
4. Cover the crockpot and cook for about 4 hours on low heat.
5. Place a saucepan on the stove and turn the heat to low.
6. Add 1 tbsp of butter and allow it to melt.
7. Add the minced garlic and sauté until aromatic.
8. Add the cream of chicken soup, 1/2 cup of chicken broth, cream cheese cubes, parsley flakes, and dried oregano. Stir until well mixed.
9. Transfer the mixture into the pot and stir until well blended.
10. Cover the pot and cook for another 2 hours.
11. Serve hot and enjoy!
