This melt-in-your-mouth pork tenderloin in a perfect tangy-sweet glaze is a must-try! This is almost a hands-free recipe. Just toss everything in your crockpot and set it to cook.
Ingredients
1 clove garlic – crushed
1 (2 pounds) pork loin
1 tsp ground sage
1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
How to make Crockpot Brown Sugar Balsamic Glazed Pork Tenderloin
Step 1: Mix the sage, salt, pepper, and garlic. Rub the mixture all over the roast.
Step 2: In a slow cooker, place the roast and pour in half c. water.
Step 3: Set to cook for 6 to 8 hours.
Step 4: Whisk the glaze ingredients (brown sugar, cornstarch, balsamic vinegar, water, and soy sauce) in a small pan an hour before the roast is done. Cook while stirring until the mixture has thickened.
Step 5: During the last hour of cooking, brush the roast with the glaze 2 to 3 times.
Step 6: Serve the roast once done with the rest of the glaze on the side. Enjoy!
