Ingredients:
¼ c Balsamic Vinegar
1 clove Garlic; crushed
2 lbs. Pork tenderloin
½ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Pepper
½ c Water
1 tsp ground sage
2 tbsp Soy sauce
½ c Water
1 tbsp Cornstarch
½ c Brown sugar
Directions:
1. Add garlic, salt, pepper, and sage into a mixing bowl. Whisk until well mixed.
2. Sprinkle the mixture over the tenderloin, then rub it until well coated.
3. Lay the tenderloin into the slow cooker. Pour in 1/2 cup of water.
4. Cover the slow cooker and cook the meat for about 6 to 8 hours on a low setting.
5. After 5 hours or 7 hours of cooking, prepare the glaze.
6. Place a saucepan on the stove, then add soy sauce, water, brown sugar, and balsamic vinegar. Stir until well blended.
7. Turn the heat to medium and simmer the glaze for 4 minutes or until smooth and thick.
8. Brush the glaze over the roast.
9. Lay aluminium onto a baking sheet.
10. Remove the tenderloin from the pot, then transfer it onto the prepared sheet pan.
11. Place it inside the broiler, then broil for about 2 minutes or until done.
12. Remove from the broiler and allow the tenderloin to sit at room temperature for a few minutes.
13. Serve with more glaze. Enjoy!
