These Crockpot Cheesy Potatoes are very versatile. They are perfect to eat pretty much any time of the day. Potlucks for dinner, these delicious treats are sure to make your experience awesome! They are very difficult to resist after one bite! Pair this with your favorite main dish, and you have yourself a meal to remember! Made easy with the help of the crockpot, and is ready in about 4 hours. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
4 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 10.5 ounces can cream of chicken soup
1 32 ounces bag of frozen diced potatoes
2 1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper
1 medium onion, diced
1 c sour cream
Directions:
Add butter, garlic powder, 1 1/2 c shredded cheese, sour cream, onion powder, salt, pepper, onions, and potatoes into the crockpot. Stir just until combined.
Cover and seal the crockpot, then cook everything for about 4 hours on a low setting.
Remove the cover, then add the rest of the cheese on top.
Cover and cook for another 15 minutes or until the cheese has completely melted.
Serve right away. Enjoy!
Notes:
You can make this in the oven:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Add all the ingredients into a baking dish and top with all of the cheese. Cover it with tinfoil.
Place it in the preheated oven and bake for about 40 to 45 minutes.
Remove the foil cover, then bake for another 10 minutes or until the cheese turns golden brown and bubbly. Remove from the oven.
Serve and enjoy!
Leftovers should be kept in an airtight container, then in the fridge.
