This recipe has always been a part of my family since I was little. I remember my grandma used to make this all the time! This Crockpot Meatloaf is what you just might need today! Let me share this recipe with you. I promise you that it is worth all your time and effort today! Ingredients:
1 Garlic Clove
1 tablespoon Creole Seasoning
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
1 Green Bell Pepper
2 eggs
3 pounds Ground Meat Beef, Venison
2 Sweet Onions
2 tablespoons Tomato Sauce
6 tablespoons Beef Broth
1 Celery Stick
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
2 c Italian Bread Crumbs
¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
Directions:
1. Slice the onions into thin pieces, then scatter 1/2 of them into a crockpot.
2. In a large bowl, add breadcrumbs and ground meat.
3. Chop the veggies, then add them to the bowl with the meat.
4. Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl, then use your clean hands to mix everything. Shape it into a meatloaf.
5. Lay the meatloaf over the onions in the crockpot.
6. Cover and seal. Cook for about 6 hours on a low setting or 4 hours on a high setting.
7. Add your favourite sauce into the crockpot, then cover and cook the meatloaf for one more hour.
8. Slice the meatloaf into even servings.
9. Serve and enjoy!
