INGREDIENTS
4 thawed boneless chicken breasts
1 box Stuffing Cornbread Mix (6oz)
1 can cream of chicken soup
½ cup sour cream
¼ cup of water
How to make EASY Crockpot Chicken and Stuffing
Step 1: Put in the bottom of the crockpot the chicken breasts.
Step 2: Then, pour the stuffing mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
Step 3: Combine the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and water in a medium-sized bowl. Mix well until incorporated.
Step 4: Pour the soup mixture over the stuffing mixture.
Step 5: Cover the crockpot and cook for about 4 hours on low. Check the chicken after 3 hours and continue cooking.
Step 6: Serve immediately. Enjoy!
