Ingredients:
1¼ c lukewarm water about 105˚F
2½ tsp active dry yeast
1 tbsp sugar
¾ c plain yoghurt
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp salt
½ tbsp dried basil
½ tbsp dried oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
3¾ c all-purpose flour
¼ c chopped fresh parsley
½ c olive oil for brushing
Directions:
1. Add water, sugar, and yeast into a large bowl. Whisk until well combined. Allow it to rise for at least 10 minutes at room temperature.
2. Add yoghurt, basil, oregano, olive oil, garlic powder, and salt. Whisk until well mixed.
3. Add the flour and parsley. Stir until well mixed.
4. Sprinkle flour onto a flat surface. Place the dough on it.
5. Knead the dough for about 4 minutes.
6. Slice the dough into 10 pieces. Form each piece into a ball.
7. Coat each ball with flour, then cover them with a towel and allow them to rise for 15 minutes.
8. Place a frying pan on the stove and turn the heat to medium-low.
9. Roll each ball to about 7 inches.
10. Brush each with olive oil.
11. Add them into the preheated pan and cook each side for about a minute or until done.
12. Remove from the heat onto a clean plate. Repeat the process to the rest of the dough.
13. Serve and enjoy!
