Prep Time: 15 mins | Cook Time: 30 mins | Total Time: 45 mins | Yield: 6 Servings

A big thanks to my dear friend, Angel, for this awesome recipe! This taco bake is meaty, creamy, and cheesy! Try it now and prepare to be amazed!

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
Water as called for on the back of seasoning packet
3 (8”) flour tortillas
1/2 c salsa con Queso
1 1/2-2 c shredded Mexican cheese blend

Directions:

Step 1: Place pan on the stove and turn the heat to medium.

Step 2: Add in the ground beef and cook until brown and crumbly.

Step 3: Discard any excess grease.

Step 4: Combine the taco seasoning with water. (Refer to the directions provided on the package.)

Step 5: Remove the pan taco meat from the heat and immediately add in ½ cup of salsa con queso. Stir until well mixed.

Step 6: Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.

Step 7: Apply cooking spray in an 8-inch round baking pan.

Step 8: Arrange the flour tortilla on the bottom of the prepared pan.

Step 9: Spread 1/3 of the ground beef on top of the tortillas.

Step 10: Sprinkle about 1/3 of the shredded cheese over the ground beef.

Step 11: Repeat steps 9 and 10 until everything is arranged in layers.

Step 12: Place the baking pan inside the preheated oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the cheese has melted completely.

Step 13: Remove from the oven and allow it to cool at room temperature.

Step 14: Serve and enjoy!

Note:

Feel free to serve this taco bake with sour cream and sliced tomatoes on top.
