by Sheryl December 10, 2020

Prep Time: 5 mins | Cook Time: 10 mins | Total Time: 15 mins | Yield: 24 Servings

These heavenly treats have always been a part of my family since I was a little kid. My Grandma used to make these Parmesan Knots whenever we came to visit her. Oh, man, she was a wizard in the kitchen. Everything I learned in the kitchen, I learned from her! Anyway, these Parmesan Knots are best served with hot coffee or cocoa. Give this recipe a try; you are so in for a treat! Feel free to add more ingredients if you prefer. I hope you all love and appreciate this simple recipe today. Have a great day, friends. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

1 (12 oz) package refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1/4 c canola oil
3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp dried parsley flakes

Directions:

Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.

Step 2: Slice the biscuits into three.

Step 3: Roll the sliced biscuits into 3/4-inch ropes and tie them individually into a knot, then tuck the ends below.

Step 4: Apply baking spray in a baking sheet.

Step 5: Arrange the knots on the bottom of the prepared baking sheet. Make sure to leave 2 inches spaces between each knot.

Step 6: Place the baking sheet inside the preheated oven and bake for about 8 to 10 minutes or until the colour turns golden brown.

Step 7: Remove from the heat and allow the knots to cool at room temperature.

Step 8: In a large mixing bowl, add in the canola oil, garlic powder, oregano, Parmesan cheese, and parsley flakes. Stir until well mixed.

Step 9: Add the knots into the mixture and toss until everything is coated well.

Step 10: Serve and enjoy!
