To make this delicious casserole, all you need are just five simple ingredients; ground beef, French Onion Dip, dried egg noodles, fried onions, and condensed cream of mushroom soup. Incredibly comforting and packed with amazing flavors. This casserole never disappoints!
This casserole immediately won me over. This has become a staple at home. I make this casserole all the time! It’s one of the most requested dinners at home. All the simple ingredients come together in one dish. It’s filled with beef, French onion dip, and noodles. If you like a good casserole, this is a must-try!
Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 (15 oz.) jar Lay’s French Onion Dip
1 c. French fried onions
10 oz. dried egg noodles
2 cans (10.75 oz., each) of condensed cream of mushroom soup
How to make French Onion Beef Casserole
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees F. Using cooking spray, grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Step 2: In a large pot of water, cook the egg noodles following the package directions. Drain when done.
Step 3: In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat, breaking the meat into chunks until no longer pink. Then, drain the excess grease.
Step 4: To the beef in the skillet, add the soup/s and French onion dip. Mix well, then fold in the egg noodles.
Step 5: Into the prepared pan, transfer the mixture. On top, evenly sprinkle the fried onions.
Step 6: Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 25 to 30 minutes or until the casserole is heated through.
Step 7: Remove the casserole from the oven when done and serve warm. Enjoy!
