I have been thinking about this recipe for quite some time now. I saw this weeks before when I was searching for new recipes to try. Finally, I had a chance to give this a go, and I have been constantly making this recipe since! “Fried” Ice Cream Pie is not actually fried at all! But the ingredients needed to whip this up taste exactly like fried ice cream, like the ones you get from restaurants.
This “Fried” Ice Cream Pie is incredibly easy and quick to whip up. I think I’ll try to mix in some caramel or fudge next time I make this. I know it’ll be super good!
Delicious and beautiful – this “Fried” Ice Cream Pie is a must-try! I am sure to make this on our upcoming cookout! This “Fried” Ice Cream Pie without a doubt will be the next big star!

1/2 container of Vanilla Ice cream or Yogurt
1/2 c. crushed almonds or pecans/walnuts
1 tsp cinnamon
2 1/2 c. crushed cornflakes
How to make “Fried” Ice Cream Pie
Step 1: Melt the butter in a large skillet. Once melted, add the almonds, cornflakes, and sugar. Stir and cook for about 3 to 5 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the heat and let the cornflakes cool.
Step 2: Place the ice cream, cool whip, sweetened condensed milk, and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl. Beat well until combined.
Step 3: Into the bottom of a pie pan, press half of the cornflake mixture. On top, pour the ice cream mixture, evenly spreading it.
Step 4: Over the ice cream, spread the remaining cornflake mixture. Place in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
Step 5: Once set, slice the pie and serve. Enjoy!
