It’s not every day I get to cook something this good! This Garlic Parmesan Pork Chop recipe was recommended to me by my neighbour. I am so glad that I gave it a try because I never would have tasted perfection! You have got to try this recipe if you want to taste perfection today. Ingredients:
2 large eggs, beaten
6 boneless pork loin chops, about 1/2″ thick
1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese
1 c Italian breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Prepare the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.
2. Rub each pork chop with salt and pepper.
3. In a mixing bowl, add garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, and breadcrumbs. Stir until well mixed.
4. In another mixing bowl, add the cracked eggs and beat until creamy.
5. Coat each pork chop with egg wash, then into the breadcrumb mixture. Shake off any excess.
6. Place a large skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
7. Add butter and allow it to melt.
8. Add the pork chops and sear each side for a few minutes until they turn golden brown.
9. Transfer the skillet inside the preheated oven and bake the pork chops for about 10 minutes or until done.
10. Remove from the oven and let the pork chops rest for a few minutes at room temperature.
11. Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes:
Feel free to use chicken breasts sliced in thin cuts instead of pork chops.
Make sure to adjust the cooking time if you decide to use chicken breasts.
