4 c milk chocolate chips (700 g), divided
2 c creamy peanut butter (480 g)
2 c powdered sugar (320 g), sifted
8 tbsp butter, softened
Step 1: Add 1/2 of the chocolate chips into a small mixing bowl.
Step 2: Place it inside the microwave and heat until melted completely.
Step 3: Remove from the microwave and stir.
Step 4: Transfer the melted chocolate into a 10-inch tart pan and spread it evenly.
Step 5: Place it inside the fridge to chill.
Step 6: Add the powdered sugar, peanut butter, and soft butter into a large mixing bowl. Stir until well mixed.
Step 7: Spread the peanut butter over the tart. Make sure to flatten the top until smooth.
Step 8: Place the rest of the chocolate inside the microwave and heat until melted completely.
Step 9: Spread the melted chocolate on top of the peanut butter.
Step 10: Place it inside the fridge to chill for at least 1 hour.
Step 11: Slice into small pieces.
Step 12: Serve and enjoy!
