2 c butter
2 c white sugar
2 c corn syrup
1 (17.5 oz) package crispy corn and rice square cereal
1 (17.5 oz) package crispy rice cereal squares
1 ½ c sliced almonds
1 c sweetened flaked coconut
Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, add rice cereal, corn, coconut, and almonds. Toss until well combined.
Step 2: Place a saucepan on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Step 3: Add the butter and allow it to melt.
Step 4: Add the corn syrup and sugar, then allow the mixture to boil for about 3 minutes.
Step 5: Remove the pan from the heat and pour the mixture on top of the cereals.
Step 6: Stir everything until well mixed and coated. Use a wooden spoon to this.
Step 7: Transfer the heavenly mix onto a cookie sheet and spread it evenly.
Step 8: Allow the mixture to cool at room temperature.
Step 9: Serve and enjoy!
Store any leftovers in an airtight container. You can either refrigerate it or just leave it at room temperature.
