2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
36-40 wonton wrappers
Toasted Sesame Honey Soy Sauce:

Step 6: Fill each wrapper with 1 tablespoon of the filling.

Step 7: Use your finger to brush the sides of the wrapper with water, then fold each into a moon shape.

Step 8: Place a large skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high.

Step 9: Add in the rest of the olive oil and allow it to become hot.

Step 10: Add in the potstickers and cook for 3 minutes or until light golden brown.

Step 11: Add ¼ cup of water and cover the skillet with a lid and adjust the heat to medium.

Step 12: Steam the dumplings for about 3 minutes.

Step 13: Remove from the heat.

Step 14: In a small mixing bowl, add all the ingredients for the sauce. Whisk until well combined.

Step 15: Serve the dumplings with the sauce. Enjoy!
