Ingredients:
1 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
12 ounces (340 g) salmon, cut into 2-3 fillet strips
1 pinch cayenne pepper
1 tbsp warm water
2 tbsp honey
1/2 lemon, sliced into wedges
1 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
1 tbsp chopped parsley
salt
black pepper
Directions:
1. Sprinkle salt, cayenne pepper, and black pepper over the salmon.
2. In a mixing bowl, add water, apple cider vinegar, honey, and salt. Stir until well blended.
3. Place an oven-proof skillet on the stove and turn the heat to high,
4. Add olive oil and allow it to become hot.
5. Add the salmon and cook each side for a minute.
6. Add the garlic and sauté until a bit toasted.
7. Pour in the honey mixture as well as the lemon wedges. Stir until well mixed and simmer for a few minutes until the texture of the sauce becomes thick.
8. Broil the salmon for about a minute.
9. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
10. Serve and enjoy!
