Ingredients:
HONEY MUSTARD SALMON IN FOIL:
1 batch honey mustard sauce (see below)
2-pound side of salmon, boneless and skinless
1 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley leaves
HONEY MUSTARD SAUCE INGREDIENTS:
1/3 c whole grain mustard
1/4 c honey
4 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp Kosher salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
Directions:
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 190 degrees C or 375 degrees F.
Step 2: Line with foil a large baking sheet.
Step 3: Apply cooking spray over the foil.
Step 4: In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients for the mustard sauce. Stir until well blended.
Step 5: Top each salmon with 1 tablespoon of the sauce.
Step 6: Fold the foil to enclose the salmon.
Step 7: Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes or until done.
Step 8: Broil the salmon for 2 more minutes. Make sure to check constantly.
Step 9: Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes:
1. Add more mustard if you feel like it.
2. You can also cook this salmon in foil over the grill. Grill it for about 15 minutes. Just make sure to check so it doesn’t burn.
