Ingredients:
2 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 c granulated sugar
12 ounce can of evaporated milk
2 tbsp salted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
Step 1: Place a saucepan on the stove, then add the milk, sugar, and chocolate. Turn the heat to medium.
Step 2: Stir and cook the mixture for 5 minutes.
Step 3: Allow the mixture to boil. Make sure to stir from time to time.
Step 4: Remove the pan from the heat, then add vanilla. Stir until well blended.
Step 5: Let the hot fudge rest at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
Step 6: Serve and enjoy!
Note:
1. Place leftovers inside the fridge. They can last up to a month.
2. Just heat it inside the microwave when serving.
