HOW TO MAKE CREAMY CHICKEN BAKE
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees F.
Step 2: Lightly grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan using a non-stick cooking spray. Lay the chicken into the prepared baking pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Step 3: Place the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, mushrooms, water, onion powder, and chives in a bowl. Mix well until combined. Over the chicken breasts, spoon the mixture, then sprinkle with paprika.
Step 4: Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 1 hour or until the chicken breasts are cooked through, and the cream is light brown. The chicken is done once its internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
Step 5: Remove from the oven when done, and serve the creamy chicken bake right away with your preferred side dish. Enjoy!
Note:
Skip the water if you prefer a thicker cream sauce.
