I instantly fell crazy in love with this pie’s soft bottom crust, custard-like filling with a deliciously crispy coconut topping. It was pure bliss in every bite!

No fancy ingredients, no intricate words that I can hardly understand. Just plain simple yet the result is impressive! I brought this many times on potlucks and picnics and it never disappoints. Everyone loved it and this pie has been the most requested since.
