This Impossible Pie is not impossible to make at all! It is total comfort food that the entire family is going to love! The perfect snack or dessert you will ever have today is only an hour away from achieving! This recipe is surely a must-try! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
4 Eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 c shredded coconut
1 c sugar
2 c milk
1/2 c flour
1/2 c butter, softened
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat it to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Apply cooking spray to a 9-inch pie pan.
In a large mixing bowl, add the eggs, vanilla, extract, shredded coconut, sugar, milk, flour, and butter. Beat everything until well incorporated.
Transfer the batter to the prepared pie pan and spread it evenly. Use an offset spatula to flatten the top.
Place the pie pan in the preheated oven and bake the pie for about an hour or until a toothpick comes out clean after inserting it in the middle and the top turns golden brown.
Remove the pie from the oven and allow the pie to cool for a few minutes at room temperature to incorporate all the flavors.
Serve and enjoy!
Notes:
Place any leftovers in an airtight container, then put them in the fridge or freezer. They can last up to 3 months.
Sprinkle a bit of powdered sugar over the pie for extra sweetness.
If the top bubbles when you are baking the pie, make sure to place a baking sheet under the pie plate.
Feel free to omit the coconut if you prefer.
I highly suggest serving this pie chilled for the best experience. I like to chill it overnight.
