I’ve always been a huge fan of Asian cuisine! There’s something about it that makes me want to explore more recipes. Yesterday, I stumbled upon this amazing recipe! This Instant Pot Beef and Broccoli just became my favorite, and I’m sure it will be yours too! With this very simple set of ingredients, you can have the best lunch or dinner today! Try this recipe now, and I promise you that it is worth all your time and effort! All you need is an Instant Pot to do the magic for you. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 tbsp canola oil
1 lb. broccoli, cut into florets
½ c soy sauce
4 cloves garlic, minced
⅓ c brown sugar
3 tbsp water
3 tbsp cornstarch
1 ½ pound chuck roast or flank steak, sliced into thin strips
¾ c beef broth
2 tbsp sesame oil
Directions:
1. Press the “Sauté” button on your Instant Pot.
2. Add canola oil and allow it to become hot.
3. Add the meat and cook until nicely brown. Make sure to cook them in batches to prevent overcrowding.
4. Add the garlic, soy sauce, beef broth, sesame oil, and brown sugar. Stir everything until well blended. Make sure that the sugar is dissolved completely.
5. Close and seal the pot, then cook everything for about 10 minutes on a high setting.
6. Do a natural release, then slowly remove the cover.
7. In a mixing bowl, add water and cornstarch. Stir until well blended. Pour the mixture into the Instant Pot and stir until well blended.
8. Add the broccoli, then press the “Sauté” button again.
9. Cover and cook the broccoli for about 3 minutes.
10. Serve and enjoy!
