1 1/2 pound ground beef
3 cloves garlic minced
1 yellow onion chopped
2 15-ounces cans of diced tomatoes undrained
2 15-ounces cans of tomato sauce
3 c water
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
2 teaspoons seasoned salt
16 ounces elbow macaroni
1/4 c cheddar cheese shredded, for topping
Step 1: Press the “Sauté” button on the Instant Pot.
Step 2: Add the ground beef, onion, and garlic. Cook for a few minutes until brown, aromatic, and translucent.
Step 3: Add the tomato sauce, sliced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, water, elbow macaroni, Italian seasoning, and salt. Stir until well mixed.
Step 4: Cover the Instant Pot and cook on a high setting for about 4 minutes.
Step 5: Do a quick release and remove the cover.
Step 6: Add the shredded cheese on top and allow it to melt.
Step 7: Serve and enjoy!
1. Feel free to use ground pork instead of ground beef.
2. You can also add 2 bay leaves for more flavour.
3. You can also add bell peppers if you prefer.
4. Serve this goulash with garlic bread and you have yourself a meal to remember!
