Ingredients:
2-3 large chicken breasts, thawed or fresh
8 tablespoons butter
2-3 medium russet potatoes
1 package of Italian dressing mix
2 c green beans
Salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
2. Wash the veggies. Peel the potatoes.
3. Slice the potatoes into bite-size cuts.
4. Slice the green beans into small cuts.
5. Arrange the slices of green beans to one side of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
6. Arrange the potato slices to the other side of the baking dish.
7. Lay the chicken breast over the veggies.
8. Slice the butter into small cubes, then place them over the chicken and veggies.
9. Sprinkle Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper over the dish.
10. Cover the whole thing with aluminium foil.
11. Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about an hour or until done.
12. Remove from the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes at room temperature.
13. Serve warm and enjoy!
Note:
Try adding a generous amount of cheese on top before baking. I highly recommend it!
