Italian Stuffed Shells are a favorite at home. This is super easy to make using just simple ingredients, and this only takes no more than thirty minutes to put together.

For a restaurant-quality meal at home, serve this with a simple salad and breadstick or French bread. Leftovers are also amazing! My kids are always fighting for it.
Ingredients
1 egg
1 pound ground beef
15 ounces can of tomato sauce
15 ounces can of crushed tomatoes
1 teaspoon garlic powder
20 large shells
1 teaspoon onion powder
15 ounces of ricotta cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
4 ounces shredded Parmesan
2 c. mozzarella cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
How to make Italian Stuffed Shells
Step 1: In a large skillet, cook the ground beef until cooked through. Drain when done. Then, season the beef with onion and garlic powder.
Step 2: To the skillet with the ground beef, add the cans of tomato sauce and crushed tomatoes. Let the mixture simmer.
Step 3: As directed on the box, cook the noodles. Gently drain and set the cooked noodles aside.
Step 4: Place the ricotta, egg, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well until combined.
Step 5: To a large casserole dish, add a layer of meat sauce. Set aside.
Step 6: Fill each noodle with the cheese mixture using a spoon. Repeat until all the shells are filled. Then, top the noodles with the rest of the meat sauce and sprinkle with the shredded mozzarella cheese.
Step 7: Place in the oven and bake for about 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees F or until the cheese has melted and is bubbly.
Step 8: Serve this right away with a simple salad or breadstick. Enjoy!
