This recipe is a must-try, I’m telling you! If you want the best dish to serve today, then this is the one for you! If you want, you can always add more ingredients to this if you wish. Ingredients:
cooking spray
12 slices bacon do not use thick-cut bacon
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/4 c diced jalapeno peppers remove pepper seeds and ribs before dicing
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Prepare the oven and preheat to 190 degrees C or 375 degrees F.
2. Apply cooking spray onto a sheet pan.
3. In a mixing bowl, add cheddar cheese, jalapenos, garlic powder, and cream cheese. Stir until well blended.
4. Create a pocket in the middle of each chicken breast by slicing through with a sharp knife.
5. Stuff each chicken breast with the cream cheese mixture.
6. Rub salt and pepper all over each chicken breast.
7. Wrap with 2 bacon slices each of the chicken breast.
8. Arrange them onto the prepared sheet pan.
9. Place them inside the preheated oven and cook for about 30 minutes or until done. Broil for about 3 minutes or until the bacon wrap becomes crispy.
10. Remove from the oven and allow them to cool for a few minutes at room temperature.
11. Slice and serve. Enjoy!
