Keto Sheet Pan Pizza

Prep Time: 30 mins | Cook Time: 30 mins | Total Time: 1 hr | Yield: 8 Slices

This is one of the best pizzas I have ever had! Oh, man, give this recipe a try. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

Dough:

1/2-pounds sweet Italian sausage, removed from casings
2 tbsp cream cheese
1 c almond flour
¼ c coconut flour
1 ½ c shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ c freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 whole large Eggs

Toppings:

1 tbsp olive oil
1 medium onion, sliced
1 medium Bell pepper sliced, (any bell pepper, green, red, yellow, or orange)
8 oz baby spinach
2 tbsp fresh garlic passed through a garlic press
½ c pizza sauce (leave out the sugar)
½ c shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 c shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:

Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 190 degrees C or 375 degrees F.

Step 2: In a medium mixing bowl, add the uncooked sausage meat, almond flour, 1 1/2 cups of mozzarella cheese, coconut flour, cream cheese, eggs, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until well combined.

Step 3: Apply cooking spray in a 13×9-inch quarter sheet pan.

Step 4: Transfer the mixture into the prepared pan and press it on the bottom and on the sides.

Step 5: Place the pan inside the preheated oven and bake for about 12 minutes. Make sure to turn the pan after 6 minutes or baking.

Step 6: Meanwhile, place a medium skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.

Step 7: Add olive oil and allow it to become hot.

Step 8: Add the peppers and onions, then sauté for about 10 minutes or until translucent.

Step 9: Add in the spinach and cook for about 1 minute or until wilted.

Step 10: Add the garlic, then remove the skillet from the heat.

Step 11: Remove the crust from the oven and spread the sauce on the bottom.

Step 12: Top the crust with the cooked veggies and sprinkle a generous amount of mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top.

Step 13: Put the pizza back in the oven and bake for 25 minutes or until the cheese has melted completely.

Step 14: Broil the pizza for about a minute or until brown.

Step 15: Remove from the oven and slice the pizza into 8 even slices.

Step 16: Serve and enjoy!
